I am passionate about this island of ours which is why I have spent over 20 years showcasing Ireland's hidden gems together with the better known areas such as The Boyne Valley, home to the UNESCO world heritage site at Brú na Bóinne (Newgrange and Knowth) and Ireland's largest Anglo-Norman castle in Trim. Having lived all my life in the Boyne Valley it was only ever a short drive to visit any of Ireland's wonderful sites and villages such as Dingle Peninsula, Cliffs of Moher and the Giants Causeway.
Working as a tour guide travelling the length and breath of Ireland not only brings back memories of my school holidays but gives me the opportunity to make new ones. There is nothing more enjoyable than welcoming travellers (new friends) to Ireland to make their own memories, immerse themselves in Irish culture and enjoy the ceol agus craic.
